New level of reliability and upcoming changes

Service reliability and fault-tolerance is one of our top priorities. Therefore, according to our annual technical programme we are working on commissioning a cross-connection with Orange's network, which will enhance the reliability of our networking and significantly reduce latencies for our clients (most notably for those in Poland).

Also we would like to advise you about change of operator company of our hosting - from now on it is under operational administration of EU legal entity - Skhron OÜ, Estonia.

By means of it two new payment methods become available for our clients - Paysera and Stripe.

• Stripe payment gateway is one of the most convenient payment option for people from all over the world.
• Paysera allows our EU based clients to render a payment without using bank cards and lower fees.

Additionally, SEPA and SWIFT transfers are possible to the new bank details.

The existing payment methods FONDY and MonoPay, which are operated by our Ukrainian legal entity, are still available for settlement until 20:59 (UTC+0) of May 31st.

Due to planned changes, we are revising the service cost. Details on new pricing policy will be sent to all active customers by May 3rd in a separate newsletter. Changes will take an effect from 21:00 (UTC+0) on May 31st.

Nevertheless, the effective term of all orders paid for in the period before the new rates take effect will remain unchanged until the end of the paid period, regardless of the payment method.
